ICD-10 Transition
The transition to ICD-10 takes place on October 1, 2013. Now is the time to begin preparing. ICD-10 will affect coding for everyone covered by Medicare, as well as everyone covered by the Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act (HIPAA).
