This day-and-a-half workshop is designed to help those who are planning to take the Certified Professional in Healthcare Quality (CPHQ) examination. Participants should come to the workshop with functional knowledge in areas identified in the CPHQ exam outline, which can be found in the CPHQ Candidate Handbook. (PDF)

The review course will align with the exam matrix, presenting information on healthcare quality foundations, strategy and leadership, change management and innovation, continuous readiness, and patient safety. Please note: Completion of NAHQ's CPHQ Review Course does not guarantee a passing grade on the examination.

Cancellation Policy

All cancellations must be in writing. A fee of $50.00 will apply to any cancellations received within one week of the event. Any cancellations received within the week of the event or later will still be charged the full amount.
