Approval Policy
NAHQ can approve your individual educational activities for CPHQ CE! Download the Continuing Education Application to begin.
Steps for Submitting an Application
- Read the instructions & pricing fee in the application. Applications must be submitted a minimum of six weeks prior to the date of the program. Late applications may be denied. CPHQ hours will not be retroactively awarded.
- Complete the application with all required information.
- Submit the application according to the instructions outlined in the document. All faxed CE applications must be sent to NAHQ at 847.375.6490. If you are paying your application with a credit card, please either MAIL or FAX the application. Do not send credit card information via email.

NAHQ also offers approved program sponsors the opportunity to list their CPHQ CE course on NAHQ's Calendar of Events page. The cost per listing is $25 for NAHQ members and $40 for non-members. NAHQ affiliate events will be automatically posted at no charge. See the application for details.
