National Quality Summit: Improving Health Outcomes Through Population Health

The 2016 National Quality Summit welcomed more than 650 healthcare quality professionals both live and virtually to focus on the single critical topic of “Improving Health Outcomes through Population Health".  Attendees, speakers and sponsors connected to identify both barriers and new strategies for leveraging institutional and community assets to create conditions that promote population health and supported care and recovery.  Attendees left energized and equipped with innovative solutions to implement long and short term in their own organizations.
