This will be accomplished through participants’ review and hands-on use of such tools as run charts, Pareto charts, frequency plots, and scatter plots. This actionoriented workshop is appropriate for improvement professionals, other healthcare professionals at middle- and upper-management levels, healthcare providers involved in quality improvement, professionals involved in utilization review, case management, data collection and analysis, and functional or departmental managers.
