Member Services Director, team up to highlight some of the valuable

“stimulus package” to allow members to demonstrate their commitment
to healthcare quality.

LEADERSHIP SKILLS
Improving
Quality Performance Through Emotional Learning
Michael E. Frisina, PhD MA, of The Frisina Group, LLC, Elgin, SC,
says that the lack of substantial improvement in the safety and
quality of patient care is due to our single focus on outcomes,
without any regard to years of self-defeating behaviors that drive
those outcomes. He says that we need to shift our attention from
outcomes to performance.
