Handouts are no longer available for registered conference attendees.

Evaluation Instructions: 36th Annual Educational Conference evaluations are available after each session is complete. To complete your evaluation, log in and hover your mouse on the headline "My Account" for the dropdown to appear. Click "My CE's and Evaluations." Click "Evaluate" on the 2011 Annual Educational Conference. Directions for completion will appear.
