NAHQ Affiliated States—it's time for the annual affiliation compliance process to begin. This process is how your state maintains its affiliation with NAHQ. Please view this letter from Susan Goodwin for instructions.
2009 Compliance Form
This is a form-fillable MS Word document—save the document to your computer, open it, and type in the gray form fields. These fields will expand to fit your text. Please submit your completed form electronically to lbarker@nahq.org by March 5, 2010.

Leadership Model
NAHQ developed a Healthcare Quality Professional Leadership Development Model based on the belief that to initiate change the profession first needs to understand the leadership competencies essential to the profession. This straightforward model is intended to make a positive impact on quality and patient safety, as well as influence collaborative initiatives. The model's framework defines competencies for quality professionals that span their entire career, from entry level to advanced.
