Affiliation Compliance
NAHQ Affiliated States—it's time for the annual affiliation compliance process to begin. This process is how your state maintains its affiliation with NAHQ. Please view this letter from President-Elect Cathy Munn for instructions.
2008 Compliance Form
This is a form-fillable MS Word document—save the document to your computer, open it, and type in the gray form fields. These fields will expand to fit your text. Please submit your completed form electronically to lbarker@nahq.org or via fax at 847/375-6490 by March 13, 2009.
